Special Projects: Fred is responsible for ground ladder maintenance and training as well as assisting with the District's communications program.

Educational Background: Fred graduated from Piner High School in 1994 and continued on to complete college courses.

Career History: Fred started as a Volunteer with Rincon Valley Fire Protection District in 1999 and was hired full-time as an Engineer in 2001.  Fred was promoted to Captain in 2007.
