Educational Background: Justin graduated from Petaluma High School in 2002 and then attended the Santa Rosa Junior College and obtained his Fire Technology certificate.

Career History: Justin started as a Fire Explorer in 2001 at Wilmar Volunteer Fire Department, volunteered at WIlmar VFP from 2002-2020, worked 3 seasons with Cal Fire and was then hired by Bodega Bay Fire as a Firefighter in 2006.  Justin promoted to Captain in 2011.
