Educational Background: Rob graduated from El Molino High School and went onto the Santa Rosa Junior College.

Career History: Rob started as a Volunteer Firefighter with Guerneville Fire in 1990 and became a full-time Engineer in 2002.  Rob became an Acting Captain in 2004 and promoted to Captain in 2006.
