Career History: Robert started as a Volunteer Firefighter with Windsor Fire Protection District in 2004 and became a full-time Firefighter in 2006.  He promoted to Engineer in 2007, to Captain in 2011 and to Battalion Chief with Sonoma County Fire District in 2019.
