Bio: Steve was born in San Jose, CA and grew up in Santa Rosa, CA.  He attended Piner High School and the Santa Rosa Junior College.  He enjoys fishing, listening to music and spending time with family.  Steve is a GIANTS fan!

Special Projects: Steve serves on the Volunteer Training Cadre where he assists in managing academies, recruit training and development of the annual drill schedule.  For the past 10+ years, Steve has helped manage the SCBA program with grant writing, bench testing, fit testing, maintenance and accountability.

Educational Background: Steve holds a Fire Technology Certificate from the Santa Rosa Junior College.

Career History:  Steve started in the fire service as a Fire Explorer in 1994 with the Healdsburg Fire Department.  He became a Fire Explorer with Rincon Valley Fire District in 1995, then became a Volunteer Firefighter in 1997.  Steve worked through the ranks from Volunteer to becoming an Engineer in 2003.  Steve currently works as a Radiology Assistant for Sutter Santa Rosa as well.
